coolant default on @ start-up

we have two 510C Nexus vertical mills w/ matrix controllers where I work, one of them has the coolant default on when it starts up, the other doesnt and has to be turned on by the operator every time.

Is there a parameter for this?
I've looked and haven't found one yet

Check your software versions and the PLC versions to see if they are the same....

but what exactly are you saying by "default on"? One machine has the coolants all in a OFF position on the coolant page? Or did someone have some of the coolant on "Manual ON" on the coolant menu for one machine? From what it sounds like, check your coolant page.... I think some of the coolant functions are on Manual on.....

sorry about that,
they're all set to "auto on" when the machine starts up
the other machine isn't and coolant auto has to be turned on

I broke a carbide thru-coolant drill off 5" deep in a $3000 part the other day because thru coolant wasn't "auto on"
I had set flood coolant to auto on, but thru coolant is on another page all by itself for some reason.

So everytime you power up the machine, the status of the Auto On are all off?

That's a new one.... I'd have to dig around on this one....

thats right, "Auto On" are all off every morning
