Mitsubishi Meldas M50 error code S01-0020 hello my problem is these message servo alarm pr 0020 x emg emergency srv 1002 z axis break off 1004 servo alarm 1027 axıs ampfile error I turn off my machine and went to my home. When I came in the next day , I saw these messages. I attached pictures of alarm messages .please help me  |

r 0020 X ----- means no signal detection 1, explaination-> all of phase signal from the motor end detector become "H" or "L".
