Dear Experts, I am working on the reliability and maintainability of Mazak CNC Machines here in India where they operate in the ambient condition of 30-40 Deg Cent with Relative humidity of 85-95%. I could relate the failures of CNC machines to the following components/sections: - Hydraulics - Electrical/electronic - Pneumatic - Power transmissions - Lubrication Can somebody tell me the machine reliability of Mazak's. What are prominent failure modes ? I am being knocked down by my boss  to come up with the number for availability of Mazak machine.  |
