Need Help!- With Mazatrol T32 Alarm 128 Emergency Stop

I have a Mazak Multiplex 630 with a Mazatrol t32-6 controller that is new to my shop. I am working on getting it up a going but I have run into an Alarm# 128 Emergency stop that I can't get rid of. The alarm description in the Mazak Alarm List is "The emergency stop button was pressed" But I have check all the emergency stop buttons even disconnected and check each one with an ohm meter and they are functioning properly.

Is there any other problems or things to look for that would cause this type of alarm? The only other alarm that I get is #34 Battery Malfunction which I assume is because of how long the machine sat with out power and the battery has run down.

Don't know Mazaks very well, but the one Estop that seems to catch everyone on a lot of machines is the chip conveyor one.

There is a few thing that can cause it, including a 24vdc supply, it pays to have all the prints for these machines.
