Need Help!- Mazak Nexus 450II won't cycle start in auto

I have an automated line with four mazaks and am having an issue with one of them today that i can not figure out. it started with door issues (by the way, the doors on these machines suck!). I wasn't getting door closed signal at all to the robot, therefore robot would just sit in front of the machine waiting for the signal so it could cycle start the machine. Took the top shield off, cleaned out the track and found the interlock needed to be slightly adjusted. Here is where it gets interesting. So now I have the door closed signal, but the machine will not run in auto. The robot and the machine know that the door is closed, i start the spindle up in manual and when the turret is moved in rapid mode, it is moving faster that when the door is open. So, the machine knows the door is closed. I can not get the machine to run a program in auto or do anything in mdi. Any ideas?

You'll probably need to call Mazak on that one. Depending on how the robot is interfaced, it may not be getting a completion signal and maybe a modified PLC on the machine (for the robot interface) isn't allowing a START to happen....(although the MDI thing is weird)

Is a set up switch or key still on?
