Problem- PFH-4800-PALLETECH ALARMS

Maybe someone can help me. I have three Mazak PFH-4800's all connected in a series to a Palletech manufacturing cell. The problem is that on machine #2 we got the fallowing alarms... 310 Palletech System Error, 55 Romote I/O Error, 21 System Error. Now, the loading robot fails two recognize one of the two loading stations on the palletech. The Machine knows that the station is on-line but when we press the botton on the loading station to allow the robot to drop-off the pallet the lights keep blinking and the robot just brings the pallet to a stacker. Does anyone know what the 310 alarm is? I can not find it in any of the lists.
p.s I checked the switch on the loading station and it is good.

310 System Error... Try rebooting the whole cell ..... FMS, machines, robot .... Take it all down first... then come up...
