Need Help!- SQT250MSY Lathe Alarm#185

Alarm#185 on a SQT250msy Mazak Lathe occurs when reading a LCT groove unit
with a live tool endmill. Tool stops and alarms at last line in unit, before preciding to next unit.
Hard drive resently replaced by Mazak tech. Parameters said to be reloaded to old numbers ?. I reloaded my backup user parameters to update.

# 185 alarm is FEEDRATE OVER .
when i dropped down by 40 % of feedrate botton then machine works. but when i bring up to 50% of feedrate then get the alarm. this program was run so many time before.

Hmm, I have a feeling the program had been change by accident. Next time, run the same job I want you to try this. When machine get the unit you were talking about, just do what you are just done reduce the feedrate to 40%.... Now, hit the soft key on the screen "Overide xxxxx"(I can't remember). Then the next piece run at feedrate 100%, I think the alarm will go away.

we just fixed that alarm # 185 by changing the parameters going higher A4 in mahine parameter. so it works then,
