Problem- mazak fh6800 atc driver alarm

HI,

I have a mazak fh6800 machine, todays we facing a problum with Atc Arm driver alarm and machine is in stand still position, in this machine magazine atc and pallet drive from MR-J2-200ct,I have also changed the battery of it,but no activity please tell me about something to start my machine.

What is the alarm on the drive unit and what control is on the machine? If it is Fusion control with Windows then you can go into the Start menu - programs - and open the MR-J2 software to communicate with the drive/drives. Without the alarm it is tough to tell you what to do.

HI,

My system is FUSION 640,and alarm on drive is z0 02=Absolute position reference data lost.and on mrj2ct software alarm is z70 0002 ABS reference point disappearance.
as well as this my shifter,wait pocket on 0deg,orrientation is impossible plus X Y axis not move without MF1 key the atc arm not show any degree like 65cw or 65ccw or 180cw or 180ccw.nothing highlighted,yes one thing more we also changed atc driver unit with new one and on mrj2ct software we also checked the parameter they all are right.but whenever we go to ABS repair key the message appears that all data set on after power off.so kindly give me any solution to start my machine.

If the ABS repair button does not work then you will need the procedure from Mazak to set the ABS home position. Maybe someone on here has it?
On some machine you set the ABS home position through the MR-J2 software and on some machines you set it through the softkeys under the ATC menu.
