About LinkBackshaving problems with mazak nexus spindles crapping out. 2 machines both 5 years old. 410a is on its 4th spindle and 510c is on its 2nd. anyone else having these issues. want to replace some older and slower machines in a job shop. what do we buy?

WE HAVE GOT 3 NEXUS 410A (7,4,1 YEARS OLD)
AND 1 NEXUS 510C (3 YEARS OLD)
THE 4 AND 1 YEAR MACHINES ARE HIGHSPEED SPINDLES.
THE MACHINES IS RUNING 24 HOUERS A DAY AND NEVER
HAD A SPINDLE FAILURE ONLY TOOLCLAMPING DISC SPRINGS
FAILURE ON THE OLDEST MACHINE . ONLY PROBLEM IS WHAT COOLEND
TO USE WHEN MACHINING BRASS ALUMINUIM AND STEEL.
