The machine ran perfect until yesterday afternoon when I received the alsom code 22 NMI Memory Parity. I pressed R and it will not go away. Now I am stuck. Any ideas ? I am not a machine shop just a guy who has a toy that he loves. Please help |

| Check the control unit in the electrical cabinet. Do you see any parity light's on? If you do then pull out the FX01 or FX701 and flip dip switch 2. Reinstall the board. Make sure it is tight, you need a little bit of force to get it seated in the back connectors. Turn the control on and check the parity lights now. If they are still on then power off and on a few times until they stay off. Give about 5 seconds between powering off and back on the control. Once the parity lights have turned off flip the switch back without removing the board. You may have to reload parameters after this is done so make sure you have a back up copy or hard copy. |
