63 parameter error

Hello all,
I have a Mazak AJV-25/404 with a Mqazatrol M-32.

We recently replaced the 121 card, because of another problem. Would not power up. After replacing the 121 card we cant communicate with computer, CIS 515 Mis connected error. I checked the cables internal and external, both check good. Was waiting for approval to purchase new license..... Now I have a new error 63 parameter error????? All these problems happened within 7-10 days. Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks

I ended up calling Mitsubishi and Mike over there sent me a fax that explained how to diagnose a faulty spindle(which evidently didn't have any LED's lit).

In the diagnostics it explained to remove SF-CA card and large connectors on back, reseat card with out connectors. Power on and check LED's, if LED's on check Base capacitors and resistors, if not replace SF-PS. Well since I had to put everything back together I just tried to power it up...... I'll be damned it worked....... Just reseating the card worked. No need to go further with this problem. We are evidently getting a cascade of problems with this machine and my expertise is with computers and networks, not CNC machine's.
