I have a mazak h-400 m32. When you turn on main power, all the drives come on and some pcb. But when you turn the control on it may come on and it may not, it may run all day or 1 min. and shut off. | I have the same problem, but i get an alarm for "Spindle contactor fault". I tracked it down to being a Delta/Y-connection shifting that wouldn't start from time to time. This problem only occurs during main power "on", when running the machine it switches between Delta and Y as it should. Haven't solved it yet, vacation times here and everything is on hold. For now the machine runs, but i never shut it off. I only disconnect air and shut down the system, not the main power. |
