help please !
hi all this is my first post !
right i have been pulling my hair out over this i have recently started using mazatrol on a nexus 410a VMC i was wondering if there is at all a mirror function on mazatrol i am fluent to the haas control and used that feature many a time to mirror part on the opposite sides ! i would be gratefull for any help !

I think this should be in an M code unit AFTER the wpc, but I'm not sure. You can have as many WPC units as you like in a mazatrol program. The WPC is modal, the last one read in your program remains active until another one later in the program supersedes it.

write a simple dummy program and see if it works as you like. one thing is that sometimes certain situations do not simulate correctly on the tool path check. might want to cut air in trace mode and run in real time to really see what the machine will do.

note also that the WPC unit has a theta value - you can rotate your shape freely about the WPC part program zero.

got this from a fusion M book, but I suspect it's possible on earlier Mazatrol too?

thanks for the help guys i found out how to do it you use g51.1 only in iso programming to mirror the desired axis i have succesfully done it now !

also if anyone know how to or if there is a parameter to unlock so u can adjust tool lenghts diameters when running a program on mazaks its a pain having to stop it and start again if u need to adjust it !
