Need Help!- FJV-250 Splindle leaking oil!

Our shop just bought a used FJV-250 with 640M Fusion control, 12,000RPM spindle w/chiller. After I finished setting the machine up today I was running through a few tool changes and running the spindle at different RPM ranges, when I got up around 10,000 spindle oil started leaking from around the covers. I plan on taking the covers off in the morning and having a look. If anyone has any heads up on this for me that would be very helpful.

Headstock covers, spindle chiller oil!

I took headstock covers off today and the only thing I saw was there is a gap between upper part of spindle and lower bearings. Oil is feed in upper and lower parts. Air lines are feed in the gap a blow around the lower bearings. Looks like oil was building up in this gap and just slinging out when at high RPM. Dont know if its supposed to do that or not? I cleaned up all the excess oil and ran it again today for about 5-10 min and didnt see what i saw yesterday. Maybe something that just needs to be done as part of routine maintenance.
