IS ANYONE FAMILIAR WITH CALIBRATING A RENISHAW PROBE IN THE X-Y AXES? MY PROBE IS DEVIATING .04-.05 IN X AND Y AXES. THE MANUAL THAT CAME WITH THE PROBE DOESN'T SHOW HOW. I HAVE EIA ISO PROGRAMS TO DO IT BUT SOMETHING IS NOT RIGHT, IT DOES NOTHING. |

But basically, you need to indicate in the stylus first to take out any runout. Then generally you'll sweep in a gage ring on the machine to calibrate to or use a calibration sphere.
