Power off at the main disconnect and wait 15 seconds. Turn power back on and see if alarms return. If not try spindle orient again. Maybe just a machine quirk.

List what alarm number is on the controller. At this point, since the controller has been turned off/on, the original alarm on the spindle controller may have been reset. Anyway, power off the main and lock out. Inside the electrical box, take off the metal cover of the spindle controller. Swing open the hinge panel and inside you will find three little white fuses. Check them to make sure none are blown. They protect the controller power supply and heatsink cooling fans. Look for anything unusual, like something has melted or exploded. Also, there is a large 3 phase breaker on the input power side, make sure this has not tripped. Depending on what alarm or occurence you are having on power up will determine what to do next. Some of the guys here will get more in depth in rebuilding the controller and have such experience. We pull it and send it out if it's not something simple. Maybe some of the DIY guys can chime in.

Found this attachment in my notes:
You will find Mitsubishi notes good at pointing you in the correct direction but usually you will have to embellish some from what they say to do.
