Mazatrol 640 fusion, PFH 4800. We are inconsistently getting a ATC Arm Driver alarm. The alarm on the Mitsubishi servo amp is S1-52 Excessive error. We have changed the Drive, motor, increased torque limit param, tool change arm, swapped cable from mag motor. still same problem. This all started with what we thought was the atc door jamming, but the door has been removed. I am at my wits end. Any thoughts or comments would be helpful. |

| How about trying to slow down the arm a bit if it does not cause problems with the rest of the sequence. You would have to change this in via the MR-J2 setup s/w. Also, have you tried another encoder cable?? You mentioned "cable from Mag motor", but was the a power cable or encoder cable?? |

Other things to look at... Did you check your tool change position? Does it still line up with the arm? Are your tools sticking in the spindle? Are you fast toolchanging heavy tools or tools with a lot of moment?
