    Question ALARM 101 MISSING CONDITION

    Hello Friend ,
    I have Mazak Slant Turn 30 Universal and have a problem.
    Could you please give me some information for the alarm 101 MISSING CONDITION on Mazatrol T1.
    I Have register the tools on the tool data file location of the T1 mazatrol.

    Is Possible the alarm coming because the Parameter not match with my machine ? I loaded the parameter QT10 .

    Please any one help me

    Typical alarm on a T-1 Usually a chuck that has not been closed or a gear has not been selected. Make sure you wait 3-4 seconds before pushing cycle start also. T-1 usually needs to have a gear selected before it can start for the first time that day.
