Hello I have just bought my self an Feller cnc machine with an Mitsubishi 520AMR cnc control system on. This machine is from 1999 and have an 4th axis also. But it seems like the pepole that had this machine before me did not use the 4th axis as i want to do. I wounder if some one know if this Mitsubishi control system have parameters for telling the system were the turning center is on the 4th axis against the machine coordinates. So if i put an piece in the 4th axis and use the G54 command the system will automaticly know how long from the turning center its placed and calculates the turning degrees. I do belive that this should be an system parameter were i tell the turning center in Y and Z axis or am in the wrong way? Im not so good in english but i hope some one know wahat i mean and maybe can answer my question. Thankful for answer Best Regards Oscar Larsson |
