Need Help!- PARAMETER MAZAK SLANT TURN 30 WITH MAZATROL T1

Hello ,
I am a beginner for the CNC Machine and Just Bought used MAZAK SLANT TURN 30 UNIVERSAL WITH MAZATROL T1 CONTROLLER.
The Battery died and all the Parameter are Loss.
Please any one help me to provide the Parameter List for this Machine .

Thank you for the Parameter .
I have loaded all parameter you provide to me but have problem with the tool change .
The Tool Clamp can not clamp I think have some parameter are miss.
please advise,

Al,
The first I loaded QT10 Parameter the spindle can run properly and no alarm appear on the screen but the Turret is always turn if I push the Tool Change Button ,after I loaded your Parameter the spindle have a problem over load alarm appearon the screen ,I change again the Parameter with QT10 but not working the spindle always trip alarm appear on the screen overload.
Why ????

Hello Al,
Now the Machine can Run Manualy the spindle and both axis can working properly but when I trun to run the Program appear alarm on the screen 101 Missing condition.
I have register the tool .
Please give me some advise this problem.
