DIP SWITCHES & JUMPERS IN FR=SE

We have one MAZAK ST40N with FR-SE spindle drive.
The drive has come back after repair and we are suspecting the settings of these switches.

Will any body pl help with the SW swicthes settings and the jumper settings of this machine.

Why do you suspect the switches are set wrong?? What problem are you having with the unit??

On the front cover of the drive, there is a label with a "BN" number. If you provide this to a Mitsubishi Service center, they can get you the correct settings.
