I am trying to send and receive programs to/from my Mazak QT10, it has a MAZATROL T2 control and I use Dan's PC-DNC software (licensed user). I have succesfully sent and received CMT type programs and stored in my computer, BUT I have not been able to send/ receive EIA programs. first question, Do I use the same CMT db25 connector or do I need to use the other one that is represented as a series of ones(serial I suppose). This other cable goes back to where the control is and hooks up directly into the FX107 board in the FX17 unit. Second question, How can I get a response after pressing the TAPE I/O softkey? after "Program file", then "Data I/O", then "Tape I/O", then instead of getting "Load" I get nothing. Thank you  |
