    Default mitsubishi parameters

I have restored these a few times and have one to do in the next week. You ussually need a new 3.5 volt battery on the board that preserves the parameters when the machine is shut off. Even if the bat can put out the correct voltage in a test I still replace it. The nextt step is call the machine tool builder and ask for them. The section done by the machine tool builder is ussally not known by anyone else. Ask Mits in chicago (847) 478-2500 if they have the parameters. This is all I can do for now.

    Default mitsubishi parameters

I have never seen anyone just load the parameters. There are issues as to when the machine knows the baud rate and when the screen has the right resolution. I have only seen them entered manually. MHI in Chicago is very helpful.

After reset controller and reload parameters, Graphics (SFG key pressed but screen remains black) option is missing. If anybody has a procedure restore graphics again, please contact to me. My e-mail is <skiafas@otenet.gr>.Three files ALL1,ALL2, ALL3, are also the whole backup for this lathe, if anyone have such files, please send to me.

What Kind of " Toolchange system " does your machine use?

hi, I have fixed the Z axis return to home position..now need to load macros, o9001, o9002...not sure about the Ladder files..loading macros by hand would be just like editing a program , right?

its easy to restore macros in M64. You can turn on fixpro parameter to 1. Then you need to read the same from Data i/o screen

    Hi there
You can edit your ladder file in the system controller, also you can edit PLC Parameter at Parameters setting.
If you want to have a ladder file, depends on the system controllers version, what is the type of your Mitsubishi controllers?

The machine lost the parameters. I know Fagor, Fanuc and Siemens systems. I worked before on mitsubishi CNC but never face this problem before. I can reload the data in the eeprom. The machine works but the spindle cannot work. I don't have the plc data. So I'm going to study the ladder. Is difficult becouse I need to study in my workshop. SO I want to do in the computer or print in paper. I dont have the M500 plc onboard manual and the PLC Programing manual (Ladder).
Thank you for your prompt response

    Carlos Cabrera

PS: The CNC is a Meldas 520 in a lathe machine
