Default need help mazak alarm 31

Hi, i have a mazak m-plus cnc that bring the alarm "31 servo malfunction 1", in my manual only appears alarms from 200 and above, does anyone know the complete explanation of the alarm? From the number 1 in the alarm i would think it refers to x axis.

All the axis controller goes to E7 (e-stop), but none of them shows any different alarm.

    Anyone?

Check your drives and see which one is in alarm. With servo alarms, you have to power down to clear... you have tried that right? If it's still there, check the drives to see which one shows alarm and look up the alarm in the Mitsubishi book or call Mitsubishi... maybe a bad drive...

It's just a part..... cutter still goes round and round....

When i turn the machine off and on again the alarms dissapers and the cnc works for 2-5 minutes and again i have the alarm. Sometimes the alarm appers when i turn the controller on, i doesnt even move.

The drives only show F1 E7 ....F4 E7.....F3 E7.....and so, but none of them show any different alarm than E7, the alarm "31 servo malfunction 1" only appears at the operator panel, but no on the drives, thats what i dont undertand.

    Help anyone?

    Default Alm 31

Alarm 31 is a servo power off malfunction. Check the servo power supply for voltage into and out of.

Are you reading the alarm at the bottom of the operation pamel? If so, please go to the maintenace scren and give us any additional information regarding the alarm. Sometimes there are () from the right of the alarm with additional numbers.

    Regards,

    Chippy

    This

Alarm No. 43 from the driver unit

    36) Alarm No. 43 Feedback error 2[Meaning] 1) A deviation occurred in the feedback amount from themotor end detector and machine end detector in the closed2) The serial pulse encoder is detected in the semi-closedloop.

We had the same problem at Z axis we could fix it after we changed the encoder

    Best regards

Go to the Maintenance screen and submit the whole alarm; typically there are a set of parenthesis with additional letters and number to the right of the 31 servo malfunction 1?

This manual is for mazatrol m32....I think alarms are the same for m plus. Or at least most of them. If you still have interest, send me an email adress. It will take me some time to scan the complete manual.
