Mazak 510C "2 EMERGENCY STOP"

Good morning gents,
I've been having a issue with an older Mazak 510C using a SM-YM100K-10 Safety Relay Module (photo attached). I'm getting the"2 EMERGENCY STOP" Fault (photo attached) at Power up and cant clear it. My team and I have been through all the E-Stop buttons & everything seems to be in order. The Mazak Safety Relay is only showing a green power light, all other status light on the unit are off, In the drawing "2 EMERGENCY STOP" is controlled by "AP1 BASE I/O but I cant seem to find that (photo of drawing page is attached).
am I missing something or barking up the wrong tree? We've been down for almost a week so any help id greatly appreciated.

What about the LED indication on the AP1 card and all drive units ?
