    Default 410A M64 errors

    Mazak 410A mill

    Here is what I know please feel welcome to provide any input on how to proceed.

    • Worked 100% fine until today
    • Windows boots
    • Fails to load M64 (Fusion 640) on startup, produces m64groupA.exe, m64groupB.exe, and m64misc.exe errors.
    • HR113 board displays a 9 in the back
    • On the computer DC IN = Green, DC OUT = Green, PS EMG = OFF, BAT ALM = RED

    I have now located the most recent backups, anyone have experience with this mainte.exe for reloading the sram? The manuals do not have anything that I have been able to

    Hi bak3r11

    1) Please confirm the 7 segment status on drive unit.

    2) Since the BATALM LED is on (RED), you need to check the battery voltage. The voltage should be in between 3.2V to 3.6V,, else please get it changed.

    The 7 segment display reads 9. The battery is 1v. Already got a new one.

    Hi bak3r11, have you solved the issue?

    After replacing the battery, you will have to initialize the sram by keeping the rotary switch of motherboard. After that format the nc data by going to diagnosis data erase. One this is done you can load the backup through mainte.exe
