Hello, anyone who has information, even if they do not know the solution. Thanks.!!!

Good afternoon, I'd like some help and information.
In the company we work with a machine MAZAK model VTC-20B with the Mazatrol M PLUS controller. What happens is that when you turn it on does not leave the screen with the Mazatrol logo (image 1 attached) and does nothing else. And at the bottom it shows an "INI motion" message.
Nothing has been done to the machine, I would like to know if there is anything we can do.
thank you very much

Does it have a floppy drive? Is the disc in there? If not could be worth a try. With my T32 it works that way. Don't know anything about the M Plus

Hi hdealrosa
Please share the LED status on QX084(or QX086), QX141(or QX141-1), QX522 for diagnosing the issue. These cards are mounted on the M PLUS NC unit

Sry Delarosa, its not cleart which all card LEDs you have shared. Can you please update in below
QX084, LED 1 = On/Off (Red/Green)
LED 2 = On/Off (Red/Green)
LED 3 = On/Off (Red/Green)
QX141, LED 1 = On/Off (Red/Green)
LED 2 = On/Off (Red/Green)
QX721, LED 1 = On/Off (Red/Green)
LED 2 = On/Off (Red/Green)
Good morning.
The status of the LEDs are:
QX084,
LED 1 = ON - GREEN
LED 2 = OFF
LED 3 = OFF
QX141,
LED 1 = ON - flicker GREEN
LED 2 = ON - flicker GREEN
QX722,
LED 1 = ON - RED
LED 2 = ON - GREEN
Thanks for your help
HI Delarosa..
Thank you for sharing the data..
QX722, LED 1 = on (RED) : Watchdog error LED is on.
Could you please confirm the LED status on all drive units ?
If the drive 7 segment displays are showing Ab, then check below points,
1) Try removing the connections on QX722 card (if any). After removing, please power on and check if the LED remains on or off.
2) Try removing the QX524/QX521 PCB from the slot and then check the LED status on QX722. IF QX524/QX521 has add-on memory card, please do not keep the card outside for more than 5 minutes.
3) Try removing all the IO cards outside and check LED status on QX722
In all these conditions if the status of QX722 is same, then the card needs to be checked.
hello navi, we made the indicated and now it is in the following way:
QX084,
LED 1 = ON - GREEN
LED 2 = OFF
LED 3 = OFF
QX141,
LED 1 = ON - GREEN
LED 2 = ON - RED
QX722,
LED 1 = ON - RED
LED 2 = ON - GREEN
We reviewed the card and a simple view there is nothing irregular. We will see the option to change the QX722.Any recommendation with the change of LED, or the purchase?
You have helped me alot, thank you.
QX141 LED 2 = red is parity error, which occurs when there is data/memory corruption.
As requested previously, could you please confirm the drive 7 segment status
The 7 segments are showing "Ab" and we got the following error on the NC Screen.
Hi Delarose,
Do you have the backup for this machine. If yes, then please initialize and load the data manually or via RS232.
Hi navinbhas, unfortunately I do not have the backups.
There is some way to obtain them, they must be bought or I can get them with someone, do you know something about that?
Thanks.
Hello, good morning, thank you very much for all the information you gave me, but in the end we contacted a technician who knows these machines and we request service for not having any backup of these.
thanks very much.
Please let me know Z Axis Motor info for MAZAK VTC020C.
I miss this motor!
Thanks/

Do you remember which card you changed, can you share the status of the LEDs when the equipment works?
Hey Confyone! Did you get it fixed?
