chmer edm cw-64cs operational panel and jog is not working
we have chmer EDM machine, we had a problem with the software so we have uploaded the genuine software, it works properly but now we are stacked with a new problemPC key board F1~F10 button it works fine but (DISP, FILE, AUTO,
MAN, MID, HELP) Function keys are not working and operational (HK panel) is not working.
THE LIGHT BLINKS BUT IT IS NOT FUNCTIONING.if the mother board is defective it wont allow the light signal
isn't? PS2 keyboard works fine only the HK panel and jog remote is not
functioning but the light signal is on when we connect the external
keyboard the HK panel keys work fine with
alternative keys from the external keyboard.
if the problem is with mother board it won't be working with the external key board.
we need to know how to rectify this issue ASAP and what will be the major cause for this fatal error
