mazak VTC20B M+ - tool magazine wont turn on auto or manual

hello,
i have a mazak VTC20B M+ model and the tool magazin wont rotate or select a tool.
when manualy controlling the jog function you hear the brake disengage en the tool rotor is loos.
but when pushing a rotation direction it wont turn. (contactor KM8 is on) magazine invertor is in F mode (ready)
no errors are displayed.
what could cause this failiure

after checking off all the sensors, and reading the electrisch chematics and teh manual of the in magazin inverter.
it seems everything is ok with the magazin motor and inverter. the F code stand voor ready :-)
so is it possible that the option is turned off in the main PLC programme?
so it wont work when you try to command it or controle it with the manual magazin jog function?

yeah thats the one on the left.
its only one magazin so only one inverter.
it is showing the F value steady
i found a manual saying it its steady its a status
if the digit is blinking its an error.

the code in the computer you showed
i need to look it up.
what does it mean?
