Strange alarm.

Hello,

When I am programing a Drilling cicle in my Mazatrol M32 appears the alarm pictured exactly at the moment when I put the spindle speed in automatic.
I think is very strange ....any thoughts?

Have you try put the C-SP & Feed value in manually sometime my machine have mixed values don't know which one put in automatically ??

Yes, putting the values of cs-p & feed manually, there is no problem at all. But doing that automatically the cnc freezes up, and it is necessary to reinitialize the machine completely.

Sound like you need to clear or check your cs and feeds values in the mazak somethings is conflicting with the parameters. There should be a menu page where for different materials with cs & feeds.

1st solve the battery problem . The CPU is getting down and the memory is getting corrupted .

this is not a programming issue.

I put a fresh battery, and the problem continues, only with drill, not center drill or other tool.

Are you still getting battery alarm on diagnosis screen?

There is no alarm at all. Machine is alarm clean until press the auto cs and feed button.

It be in one sub menus connect to the materials menu sorry not where it is on your mazak!!
