Mazak Control T2 CNC Turning Center, Quick Turn 8

Hi all
My CNC Turning Center, Quick Turn 8, Control T2
- Machine error Error No. 4 and No. 20 on the screen.
- Error No. 20 I can act on by installing the parameters , the problem is when I turn on my computer keyboard crashes I can not press any key on the keyboard and control panel .
I tried replacing the circuit board by board FX709C new FX709C but nor are any button press .
You please show me the idea to repair the machine

and I have a problem with language of machine, how I can change language of machine to english.
