MAZATROL T1 - 18 F ROM-3 FAULT

I have a problem .. 18 F-ROM alarm 3 and I have no manual for the machine is a Mazak Quick turn Universal, the plates you have are:
MAIN (LX64)
PC (LX51)
MCU (LX51)
BOARD (LX14 / 24)

deszconozco that plate may be the problem. replace some LS74XXXX that were mounted in sockets but no improvement,
I made a general parameter reset and returned to load but nothing, as a note for anyone who can help me, keyboard handle feed, jog, zero, auto, rapid, do not react .

no tengo manual de service, encontre esta alarma y no puedo eliminarla, borre y cargue nuevamente los parámetros, consegui y reemplaze la placa LX64, podrian guiarme en la falla. Como mencione en el post anterior reemplace los CI que se encontraban en zocalos LSxxxxxx

I still can not solve your problem Alarm F ROM . Please any idea , I checked the voltages of the source and on plates and everything seems fine , I have no idea where to continue.

Aún sigo sin poder resolver el problema de Alarm F ROM. Por favor alguna idea, he chequeado los voltages de la fuente y sobre las placas y todo parece correcto, no tengo idea por donde continuar.
