In search for a 10,000 RPM Mazak H400N motorized spindle 40 taper w. spindle throug

Hi all,

I am in the process of sorting my options to either rebuild my current spindle which could be in the neighborhood of $15,000-20,000 or finding a used one from a part-out.

If anybody knows a shop that has dealt with that spindle in particular and can add more information to my research process that would be greatly appreciated.

Also, does anyone know what happened to Mike Moles who ran or is still running Spindles Plus? I left two messages the last couple of days and have tried reaching him several times within the last 6-8 months to no avail.
I also send him an email today.


Any input or help is greatly appreciated for this project.
