I think Mazak T32 is with Mitsubishi 300 controls, so there is an edit lock B (that's the data protect key that is on your operator panel) and edit lock C (param 39 of basic specifications is set to 0). Then you should be able to open your O9000-O9999 macro programs, usually O9001 is the one used for tool change.
The tool change position is decided by the parameter P17 and you can set from 1 to 8 depending on your requirement and before doing any changes always note down the original value and do.Refer the parameter manual for description of each setting say 1------meaning,2-------------meaning.
