Mazak Qt 20 N T2 controller

Alarm 20 NMI emergency stop and alarm 204 spindle controller malfunction come up on diag screen. Checked to make sure e stops was reset.Have no lights on the spindle drive. The controller contactor below spinde drive is not goin in. Does anyone know where the power to make this engage comes from.

Update if I unplug con 1 on spindle drive the alarms go away. Found 2 blown fuses on drive. If i plug con 1 back up alarms come back and fuses blow again. Any suggestions???
