Mazak V515 memory upgrade

I'm IT engineer but i must make upgrade in this machine
Mazak V515 with Mitshubishi MC221 motherboard

Operator of this machine said that he can't load [porgams bigger than 40kb to memory
How to upgrade memory in this machine
in this moment programs are loaded from laptop via rs232
