Mazatrol M32 442 alarm. Help please

Had a tech here drop out the memory to our machine. Reloaded the Parameter Floppy and now when the machine comes up we get a "442 DATA RENEWAL NOT ALLOWED" alarm. The machine will home out but cannot put in tool data or program. The alarm pops back up everytime we try to enter MDI mode. Is this a parameter issue or did something not load right or are we going in the completely wrong direction?

The memory has not been formatted. Mitsubishi and Mazak both will have procedures on this. GIve them a call
