    Using Work Offsets (G54-G59)

    Can someone tell me how to how to utilize work offsets in Mastercam x4. I'm assuming its something simple I'm overlooking... Thanks

    you have to go into the configuration and add the view manager button to the toolbar. You can create new veiws and use them to create new offsets. You have to make sure you have the view plane and the construction plane set the same for example top and top. You can change them in the planes tab in the toolpath dialogue box for the toolpath your trying to give a different work offset.

    Thanks for the reply. I copied the views and set the offsets but when I posted the program it didn't post the different work offsets
