This has to be something so simple - I can't see it. Boring 2 holes for dowel pins, one for each side. The first one is sized at .252 and the second is at .254. Problem is the the second one at .254 comes out smaller that the .252 hole. Tried playing with toolpath settings, the only difference I could get is if I turned off "output arcs". That made both holes too small. I have redrawn them several times - same result. I'm using .250 pins, so want a tight fit for the seat side and a little play on the receiver side. I attached the small zipped drawing. Am I crazy - or what? |

| Just guessing here... Take a look at your .nc file. How are arcs defined ? If you're getting "R" output you'd be wise to modify your post processor to use "I" & "J" instead. I've seen some strange problems from "R" arcs... Probably have a look at your filter settings in the operation as well... Could be the filtering causing strange problems especially after you turned off "output arcs"... |

Maters how fast and how deep some times that you get tool deflection. but use cutter comp to adjust size. here are the settings for cutter comp on this path. I forgot to ask what version you are running.
