2 axis lathe

I am looking to start and end a lathe toolpath at a set Z distance. I am also looking to have the X start and end perpendicular to the Z.

Ex. all start and retracts are perpendicular no diagonal movements for the start and end from set Z.

How do I do this?

Change parameter lead in/out 90deg to the direction you want.

Turn ON the reference return point

In the dialog box, check Z on only and type/pick a pint, absolute, and copy to right

This makes the tool path go to this "Plane" before and after each operation
