| I'm having a bit of a problem doing my first rotary tool paths. I have a part that I need rotated in 90degree increments. Starting at 0. I have all 4 sides done the same. When I go to post, I get the following error - "Only single-axis rotation is allowed! Angles may be incorrect. - OP_ID 12" I get this for the 4 ops that I have done at 270degrees. Using MPFan.pst. I'm using surface tool paths, not multiaxis. I set the Tplane and Cplane at top, front, bottom, back for the corresponding angles (I even made sure I had the view set to each plane as I did those paths). Since this is the first time I've done a part like this, I'm not sure what I'm missing. The first 3 sides worked as expected. All toolpaths look good when backploted and verified. The last 4 ops just won't post right. Is it the post? Any ideas? |

| You have one of the xs pointing the wrong way most likley. The back side seems to get me every time. Did you go back and check that the back T plane x axis is consistent with all of the others? That error only shows up if your post is trying to rotate your work in a way that a 4 ax machine can't move AFAIK. |
