Rotary tool paths

I'm having a bit of a problem doing my first rotary tool paths.

I have a part that I need rotated in 90degree increments. Starting at 0. I have all 4 sides done the same. When I go to post, I get the following error -
"Only single-axis rotation is allowed!
Angles may be incorrect.
- OP_ID 12"

I get this for the 4 ops that I have done at 270degrees. Using MPFan.pst.

I'm using surface tool paths, not multiaxis. I set the Tplane and Cplane at top, front, bottom, back for the corresponding angles (I even made sure I had the view set to each plane as I did those paths).

Since this is the first time I've done a part like this, I'm not sure what I'm missing. The first 3 sides worked as expected. All toolpaths look good when backploted and verified. The last 4 ops just won't post right. Is it the post? Any ideas?

You have one of the xs pointing the wrong way most likley. The back side seems to get me every time.


Did you go back and check that the back T plane x axis is consistent with all of the others?

That error only shows up if your post is trying to rotate your work in a way that a 4 ax machine can't move AFAIK.
