using NCI files on Ver 9.1

Hello All

I am making a family of parts. Basicly a strip with holes. The parts are various lengths.

I have mulitple files that were created by modifing the geometry and saving the first part as a new file. Great...very easy.

Now as I go along the I am optimizing as I go (speed, feed, differant tooling ect.)

I would like to save a "parameter file" for each operation and plug it in to my differant files as I go to make them uniform. I don't want to modify the part geo and save as a new file like I did in the beginning because now I have proven geometry for each part. I think that is what NCI is about.

Can't seem to make it work. I'm not sure I understand the theory from the help pages. My brain sometimes can't see what is right in front of it.

Im thinking this might do the trick for you. Go to operations manager right click on the white area, click options, edit common parameters,
