Geometry Help

I've been praticing with the Mill Level 1 tutorial book (X3) I've purchased and I am having problems with creating the geometry for Tutorial 5 exercise 2.

I've drawn the 0.5 arc at the distance of 1.625 from the origin. Created the center lines at 45 degrees. Created the 2 diameters of 1, 1.75. My question is how can I create the radius of 1.328 at a angle lenth of 4.2880 ?Also where / how can I find the center point of the diameter 6.5.

If someone can help me that would be great.

draw the arc 360 deg. then try to analyze the arc and input what you want this is the way we have found to get what you want with out a fight
