background turns white????

having problem with mastercam X. everytime I move mouse over the left side of screen or try to draw anything the background turns white and won't allow me to do anything, any pointers or suggestions would be appreciated. Jim

Go to settings, configuration then on left menu, click on "screen" option, check the disable hardware acceleration box. And make sure you are using OpenGL option checked. Then apply/accept. Try that.

I had the same issue and had to turn off hardware acceleration. Then I played with the colors so i could see when pre-selection was happening.
