Chaining problems

Hay I've been having some problems chaining simple 5 axis curve toolpaths lately... whenever I'm picking the chain and the green and red arrow show the path which the cutter is about to take... most of the time they both point the same way... but sometimes whenever I pick a line which is goin to be part of the toolpath the red arrow reverses itself pointing to where it was just coming from... So BOTH the green and red arrows point towards each other... making toolpaths very dangerous as the tool will actually go into the other side if i do not catch it.
what seems to be the problem? is there any way to fix it?
The picture shows what I'm talking about..

Thank you guys

Buy me a Beer?

Have you created curves from the solid model ?
or from surfaces ?

If you create curves from all surfaces, you will get curves on the edges of each surface, the curves will have chaining problems, as some don't really join. ( depending on your tolerance, the chain will follow the next closest entity )

Selecting the same entity again at the red arrow also forces the chain to reverse.

If selecting a chain from the model, try using the icon where you select the first and last entity, then the curves in-between to complete the chain before accepting.

when you chain the curves for toolpath or other, you can use that chainning options better to selection, like the picture below, Plane\Color etc.Click image for larger version
