Need Help!- How to create a new tool holder shape?

I need to make a toolhoder for an ISCAR SLANR 16-15-TANG
This project is a tight fit and would like to have a toolder that is the exact shape as this one. Before I was modifying a parting/grooving tool. That outline is not close to the real thing. How can I make a new tool holder shape that is not in the current shape or toolholder library?

do you know this for a fact? I have yet find any button that allows me to draw a tool. The button draw, draws the existing tool on the screen but cannot modify it. Set up is parameters of existing similiar style holders

I just found something in the help files on how to do it. It has to be in 2 colors and some other things.

Yes, there is info in the help files for turning tools, and colors are important

red, holder outline
yellow, tip facing up
brown ( I think ), facing down

drawn in TOP view
each has to chain on perimeter, ( not sure if seperate levels are required )
