Does any one know how to reverse the U & V flowlines on a single surface. The surfaces that make up my model to cut have random flowline pattern (sometimes perpendicular to each other) so I can't generate a 5 axis toolpath unless I get all the U & V flowlines running the same way. I am having a hard time finding any way to edit those flowlines and yes I have all the normals pointing the same direction. Thanks for any input. |

| ive had the same problem using the flowline surface toolpath,on my part i cant get the tool to climb mill no matter what i try. sometimes you can select (one way) (spiral) or (zig zag) in the parameters tab and get the direction you want.

| Flowline requires that all of the surfaces flow in the same direction, which rarely happens. Try using Surface - Finish - Project. It gets around this problem Mike Mattera
