Has any one loaded X3 onto a Vista system and gotten this error. It happens when I try and send code to my machine in Mastercam X Editor. It allows me to open the code in the editor but when I hit send (send to controller) I get this message: The specified module could not be found. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007007E) I know it is a .dll and registry problem but have no clue how to fix it. Any help would be greatly appriciated. Thanks |

| Hi, I have no idea what is the issue but I would guess a bug in the MC Editor program. Maybe you could try the Cimco editor ? It was bundled and licensed with Mastercam for a long time then it disappeared for a while and has now been re-included with Mastercam X3... You should find it in C:\McamX3\common\editors\CimcoEdit5. I think you'll like it better and the communications should work well too. |

| If toy got to settings and the to config then to start/Exit at the lower left bottom there is the option for setting the Editor. set it for cimco. this will be a better choice for sending to.
