hi i would like to know what to modify in my post to make it output the sequence number to match the tool # of my custom tool library
here is an example of the format that i want

Look in your mcx folder. The documentation folder should have McamX2_Post_Parameter_Ref.pdf - This covers the topic on page 21. If you need help with implementing tool parameter calls in your post I would suggest the Emastercam forum for some help on actually coding the changes. There are some really good minds over there, especially on that topic. MP post script language that is. The V9.1 post ref is an invaluable tool for making post mods as well. If you don't have it you should get it from your local MC dealer.
