Have you tried using the WCS to reorientation the part with a new origin?

basically how i would like to machine this part is I do my geomatry on my top and bottom. I would like to machine the top on fixture (offset G54 )then I woud like to flip the part over and set it on another (fixture G55) and machine the bottom side. or would it be easier just to do 2 programs then just combine them together.
just to let everyone I am trying expierence how to use the fixture offsets on mastercam x and also doing both sides of a part so any help would be nice
thanks.
